Do you offer same-day flower delivery?

Yes, we offer same-day delivery for orders placed before 1:00 PM local time, Monday through Saturday. Please note that same-day service may be limited during peak holidays like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day.

How can I ensure my flowers stay fresh for as long as possible?

To maximize the life of your bouquet, trim the stems at a 45-degree angle upon arrival, place them in a clean vase with lukewarm water, and add the provided floral preservative. Keep flowers away from direct sunlight, drafts, and ripening fruit.

Can I customize a floral arrangement?

Absolutely! If you have specific flowers or a color palette in mind that you don't see on our website, please contact our shop directly, and our master florists will create a bespoke arrangement for you.

What is your policy if the recipient is not home at the time of delivery?

If the recipient is unavailable, our drivers will attempt to leave the flowers in a safe, shaded area or with a neighbor. We will leave a door tag or send a notification to let the recipient know where the arrangement has been placed.

What happens if I am not satisfied with the quality of the flowers?

At Renatos Florist, we pride ourselves on quality. If your flowers arrive damaged or wilted, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement, and we will provide a replacement or a full refund.

Do you deliver to hospitals or funeral homes?

Yes, we regularly deliver to local hospitals, funeral homes, and places of worship. Please ensure you provide the full name of the recipient and, if applicable, the room number or service time to ensure a smooth delivery.
